About our boxes
What's in each box?
Each Waggy Tail Treats Co box is hand-curated and seasonally varied. The full breakdown of items is shown on each product page. Generally:
- Taster Box - 5 small portion treats, ideal as a sampler or gift
- Variety Box - 8 hand-picked mixed treats, our flagship everyday box
- Power Chewer Box - 5 premium long-lasting natural chews for serious chewers
- Easy Chew Box - 4 soft, gentle treats for puppies, smaller breeds and seniors
Because we hand-pick contents based on seasonal stock, the exact items may vary from month to month. Quality and quantity stay the same.
Are the treats really 100% natural?
Yes. Every treat in every box is 100% natural, single-ingredient where possible, with no artificial preservatives, colours, or fillers. Every product comes from approved British or EU suppliers, all fully traceable.
Are they grain-free?
Yes. All our boxes are grain-free as standard. This is better for dogs with sensitivities and most dogs do better without grains.
What ages and sizes of dogs are your boxes suitable for?
Our boxes are suitable for adult dogs of all sizes and most puppies from 4 months old.
- The Easy Chew Box is specifically designed for puppies, small breeds, and senior dogs
- The Power Chewer Box is recommended for adult dogs from 6 months with established adult teeth
- The Taster and Variety boxes work for most adult dogs of medium to large size
If your dog has specific allergies or health conditions, please check the full ingredients with us before ordering.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, you'll be charged on the date of your first order, then on the same date each following month. We'll dispatch a fresh hand-packed box every month.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Subscribers get:

- Free Standard Shipping on every order
- Priority access to new boxes and seasonal launches
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. There's no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel through your account or by emailing info@waggytailtreatsco.com.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription anytime from your account, for as long as you need.
Can I change my box type?
Yes. You can swap between boxes anytime from your account. The change will apply from your next billing date.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a subscription payment fails, we'll automatically retry over the next 7 days. If it still fails, your subscription will be paused and we'll email you to update your payment method.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We don't currently ship internationally or to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
How much does delivery cost?
- Standard Shipping is £3.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 working days)
- Express Shipping is £6.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1-2 working days)
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £30
- Free Standard Shipping on all subscription orders, every time
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Standard Shipping arrives in 2-3 working days. Express Shipping arrives in 1-2 working days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your box leaves us.
What if my parcel is damaged or doesn't arrive?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery if your parcel arrives damaged, along with a photo. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we'll work with Royal Mail to investigate.
Returns
Can I return my box if my dog doesn't like it?
For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened boxes or individual treats once they've been removed from packaging. We can't refund partially-consumed boxes.
But we'd really like to know. If your dog isn't enjoying something, email us and tell us what didn't work. We'll take that feedback on board and tailor future deliveries to better suit your dog.
What if I receive a faulty product?
We'll replace or refund any faulty product within 5 working days. Send us a photo and your order number at info@waggytailtreatsco.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out.
Can I cancel a one-off order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us straight away and we'll cancel and refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it can't be cancelled but you can return unopened boxes within 14 days for a full refund (you cover return postage).
Ingredients and safety
Where can I see the full ingredient list for each treat?
Every individual treat in every box has its full ingredient list and analytical constituents printed on its packaging. If you want this information before ordering, email us and we'll send you the details.
My dog has allergies. Are your treats suitable?
We can't guarantee allergen-free conditions because we work with multiple proteins (beef, chicken, lamb, venison, duck, rabbit, fish, etc.). If your dog has specific severe allergies, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what's in your box.
Are your treats safe for puppies?
Most of our treats are suitable for puppies from 4 months old. Some hard long-lasting chews (in the Power Chewer Box) are recommended for adult dogs from 6 months with established adult teeth. Always supervise your dog when feeding any treat and remove anything once it becomes small enough to swallow whole.
Can I feed your treats every day?
Treats and chews are meant to complement, not replace, your dog's main diet. We recommend treats make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily food intake. Always make sure fresh water is available, especially with chewy or dry treats.

Who are Waggy Tail Treats Co?
We're Eliza and Claire, a couple based in Staffordshire, and our two dogs Missy (golden retriever, 7) and Storm (Australian Shepherd puppy, 4 months). Read more about our story.
Are you a British business?
Yes. Waggy Tail Treats Co Ltd is a UK-registered company based in Staffordshire. Most of our suppliers are British, with the rest from approved EU producers.
Do you have a physical shop?
Not yet. We're an online business and we hand-pack every box ourselves from our base in Staffordshire. You may spot us at local Staffordshire markets and dog events over the coming months.
