At Waggy Tail Treats Co, we want every box to arrive quickly, safely and in beautiful condition. And if something isn't right, we want to make it right. This page covers everything you need to know about how we ship our boxes and how returns work.

DELIVERY

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. That covers England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We don't yet ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or internationally. We hope to expand our delivery network in the future. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we do.

Delivery options

We offer two shipping options at checkout, both via Royal Mail with full tracking included.

Standard Shipping, £3.99 Royal Mail Tracked 48. Estimated delivery 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Express Shipping, £6.99 Royal Mail Tracked 24. Estimated delivery 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping in two situations.

Orders over £30. Spend £30 or more in one order and Standard Shipping is on us. Express upgrades are still available at checkout if you'd like your treats sooner.

Subscriptions. All subscription orders ship with free Standard Shipping, every time, regardless of order value. Just one more reason to subscribe.

When will my order ship?

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will typically be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your box leaves our hands.

Subscription orders

Subscription boxes ship on the same date each month as your initial order. For example, if you sign up on the 5th of the month, your next box will be dispatched around the 5th of the following month.

You can manage your subscription anytime from your account. Change your delivery date, pause, swap boxes, or cancel with no commitment.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within the timeframes shown above, but these are guidelines rather than guarantees. Occasionally, factors outside our control (weather, public holidays, exceptionally busy periods like Christmas) can cause minor delays.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.

Packaging

Every Waggy Tail Treats Co box arrives in 100% recyclable packaging. We use plastic-free mailing boxes made from kraft cardboard, recyclable tissue paper to protect contents, and no single-use plastic or polystyrene fillers.

Once your dog's enjoyed the treats inside, please recycle the box and packaging with your household paper and card.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photograph of the damage before opening, then email us at info@waggytailtreatsco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and the photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If Royal Mail tracking shows your parcel as delivered but it hasn't arrived, please check with neighbours and any safe places where parcels may have been left, wait 24 hours (sometimes parcels are scanned as delivered before they actually arrive), then contact us at info@waggytailtreatsco.com with your order number. We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate.

Wrong delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it.

If you spot a mistake and your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at info@waggytailtreatsco.com and we'll update the address before it goes out.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order are not yet in stock. The estimated dispatch date will be shown clearly on the product page. We'll send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box ships.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll typically dispatch everything together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like in-stock items shipped first and pre-order items separately, email us at info@waggytailtreatsco.com before placing your order.

RETURNS

Our promise

Your dog's happiness matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, get in touch and we'll do our best to put it right.

Because our products are natural foods for dogs, returns work a little differently to other online purchases. The information below explains exactly how, and what your rights are.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive a product that's faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@waggytailtreatsco.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the problem

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including any postage you paid) within 5 working days.

Wrong item received

If we've made a mistake and you've received the wrong product, contact us at info@waggytailtreatsco.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and send out the correct item straight away. You won't be out of pocket.

Change of mind

For food safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened boxes or individual treats once they've been removed from their original packaging. This is a standard policy across all food retailers and is in place to protect customer safety.

If you've ordered the wrong box by mistake and it's still unopened, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The box must be in its original condition with all contents intact. You'll need to cover the return postage in this case.

To start a change-of-mind return, email us at info@waggytailtreatsco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned box.

My dog didn't like it

We know not every treat is a hit with every dog. If your dog genuinely turns their nose up at a box, get in touch and tell us which treats didn't work for them. We can use this information to tailor future boxes to your dog's preferences.

While we can't refund partially-consumed boxes, we'll happily take feedback on board and adjust future deliveries to better suit your dog.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account, or by emailing info@waggytailtreatsco.com.

Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop all future orders. Cancellations made after billing but before dispatch will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after dispatch will take effect from the following month.

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum subscription period.

Your statutory rights

These terms don't affect your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you'd like more information about your rights as a UK consumer, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
